Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, Rancho Santa Fe, California
A San Diego county treasure for years, Fairbanks Ranch Country Club is located walking distance to the pristine Southern California Coastline and the famous Del Mar Racetrack. The Integrity Golf Team completed a 27-hole greenside bunker renovation, as well as a complete practice facility renovation in the Fall of 2013. Working closely with the design team of Jackson-Kahn Golf Course Design, Integrity Golf provided the membership with bunkers that received all new drainage and sand with minimal disturbance to the original design. We also built a 38,000 square foot Platinum Paspalum practice tee, (2) two bentgrass putting greens and strategically placed target greens in the driving range floor.

The Estancia Club, Scottsdale, Arizona
The Estancia Club, which opened in 1995, is nestled on 640 acres of the northern slope of Scottsdale’s famed landmark Pinnacle Peak. Ranked #3 in Golf Digests “Americas 50 Best Modern Golf Clubs”, the Tom Fazio designed 18-hole championship golf course offers 7,314 yards of superb golf, bent grass greens, and breathtaking views. After several years of play and maintenance the distinct design element of any Tom Fazio golf course, the sand bunkers were ready for a face lift. Bringing these important aesthetic and strategic features back to life was of utmost importance.
